Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, feta, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the burgers: Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Cook the burgers: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
