Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls, pressing tightly to ensure they hold together.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Note:
Feel free to substitute the marshmallows with coconut flakes for a different twist!
