Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise and hollowed
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup ranch or Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place hollowed zucchini halves in a baking dish.
