Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup diced bacon or sausage
  • ¼ cup spinach or bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage until crispy, then add spinach or peppers if using. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and seasonings, then pour into the skillet.
