Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Directions

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  • Add the diced onion and taco seasoning to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and well combined.

  • Warm the flour tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
  • Assemble the burritos by spooning the beef mixture onto a tortilla, topping with shredded cheese, and rolling up tightly.

Note

For an extra burst of flavor, add diced bell peppers or jalapeños to the skillet with the onion!
