Keto Sausage & Egg Muffins

These Keto Sausage & Egg Muffins are the perfect high-protein, low-carb breakfast to fuel your day! Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ lb ground sausage (pork, chicken, or turkey)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp salt & black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.

3️⃣ Assemble the Muffins: Grease a muffin tin and evenly distribute the cooked sausage into each cup. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage, filling each cup about ¾ full. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

4️⃣ Bake to Perfection: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and golden on top.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! Let the muffins cool slightly before removing them from the tin. Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy a delicious, keto-friendly breakfast!
