Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of the seasoning per 1-1.5 pounds of beef. Adjust the amount to your preference.
  3. Once mixed, shape the seasoned meat into patties and refrigerate for several hours to marinate.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of seasoning onto the burgers just before cooking.
  5. Store any leftover seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dark place like your pantry.

Notes: Feel free to adjust the quantities of any ingredient to suit your taste.

Weight Watchers Points: The seasoning itself has negligible points. However, the points for the burgers will depend on the type and quantity of beef used. For example, 1-1.5 pounds of 90% lean ground beef is approximately 20-30 points in total, divided by the number of servings.
