2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced

1 bunch of kale, torn into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Toss the sweet potato slices in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sea salt, and smoked paprika (if using). Spread them in a single layer on one baking sheet.

Massage the kale pieces with the remaining olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Spread them out on the second baking sheet.
