This crispy almond-crusted salmon is the perfect blend of texture and flavor, featuring a crunchy almond coating and a delicate garlic herb drizzle. Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 cup almonds, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
