These Crispy Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries are a healthy alternative to traditional fries, offering the perfect balance of crunch and flavor. Coated in a delicious mix of Parmesan and breadcrumbs, these baked fries are easy to make and ideal as a guilt-free snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fry-sized strips
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for baking
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
