Ingredients

4 slices multigrain bread

100g paneer, sliced or crumbled

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tomato, thinly sliced

2 tbsp green chutney or hummus

1 tbsp olive oil or butter for grilling

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Spread green chutney or hummus on one side of each bread slice.

Layer paneer, cucumber, and tomato on two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Top with the remaining bread slices to make two sandwiches.
