  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter or ghee for cooking

  • Prepare the dough by mixing the flour with water and kneading until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
