  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ cup Marsala wine

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
