  • 1 store-bought pizza dough or homemade dough

  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce

  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil, drained

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
