  • 12 lasagna sheets (pre-cooked or no-boil)

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 cups sautéed spinach, zucchini, and mushrooms

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
