Ingredients

  • 4 red bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place whole red peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is charred.
