Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla bean or extract
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup milk
- For Glaze:
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8-inch pan.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, bourbon, and milk. Mix in dry ingredients.
