Aalu Cheese Paratha is a delightful twist on the traditional stuffed flatbread, combining the warmth of spiced mashed potatoes with the richness of melted cheese. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack, this paratha offers a satisfying bite with every slice.
Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

Salt to taste

Butter or ghee for cooking
Directions

Prepare the dough by mixing the flour with water and kneading until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
