This Air Fryer Meatloaf brings a modern twist to a classic comfort food, combining the best of crispy edges and a tender, juicy center. It’s perfect for weeknight dinners or a cozy family meal, delivering rich flavor and satisfying texture in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey

     

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

     

  • 1 egg, beaten

     

  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)

     

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

     

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
