Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (or almond flour for low-carb)
- ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, chopped green onions for garnish
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tbsp honey (or sugar-free alternative)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp sriracha (optional for spice)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp minced garlic
Directions:
- Coat the chicken: Toss cubed chicken in cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip in beaten egg, then coat again lightly.
- Air-fry to crispy perfection: Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray with oil and cook at 380°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
