Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken: Lightly pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken in the basket and cook for 8 minutes.

3️⃣ Add the Toppings: Spread pesto sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and layer pepperoni slices on top.

4️⃣ Melt & Crisp: Air fry for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the pepperoni is crispy.
