Bacon and Egg Cups are a delicious, protein-packed breakfast that’s easy to make and great for meal prep. With crispy bacon hugging perfectly baked eggs, this low-carb delight is both satisfying and convenient for busy mornings or brunch gatherings.
Ingredients

6 strips of bacon

6 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or use non-stick spray.

Partially cook the bacon strips in a pan for 3-4 minutes (they should still be pliable).

Line each muffin cup with a bacon strip and crack one egg into each cup.
