These Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins are a healthy, wholesome treat perfect for breakfast or a snack! Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose)

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
