Ingredients:
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
- 1 lb ground chicken (or chicken tenders)
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup almond flour or crushed pork rinds
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt & ½ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, mix almond flour (or pork rinds), parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
