These juicy, protein-packed chicken meatballs are perfect for a quick meal or snack. Lightly seasoned and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer, they’re a healthy and delicious option for meal prep, pasta dishes, or dipping in your favorite sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt & ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F).
  5. Serve with marinara sauce, over zoodles, or enjoy as a high-protein snack.

Note:

For extra moisture, add 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or a splash of milk to the mix. Oven option: Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
