Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla or cookies & cream protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)
  • 2-3 crushed oero thins
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or protein powder
  • 1/4 cup vanilla  almond milk (adjust for consistency)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed cookies for that cookies & cream crunch.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for a creamier texture.
