Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Slice thinly and set aside.
