Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 lb (450g) button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender, stirring occasionally.

    Creamy Garlic

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
