Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 lb (450g) button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
