2 lobster tails (about 1 cup lobster meat)

8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the lobster meat, cooking for 3-4 minutes until it turns opaque. Remove the lobster and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
