This Creamy Tuscan Salmon is a luxurious, restaurant-quality dish made in just 30 minutes! Juicy, pan-seared salmon fillets are bathed in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce with fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes. It’s low-carb, keto-friendly, and packed with protein, making it perfect for a comforting yet healthy meal!

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skinless or with skin)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions:
1️⃣ Sear the Salmon:
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics:
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes until soft.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes (if using), and spinach. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Combine Everything:
- Return the salmon fillets to the pan and spoon sauce over them.
- Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until salmon is fully cooked.

- Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
