Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into 4 “steaks”

     

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

     

  • 1/4 cup flour

     

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk

     

  • Salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste

  • 4 burger buns, lettuce, avocado slices, and vegan mayo or sauce of choice

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet on medium if pan-frying.

     

  • Mix flour, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder into a batter; dip cauliflower steaks, then coat with breadcrumbs.
