This Crispy Sesame Crusted Tofu with Stir-Fried Vegetables is a perfect balance of texture and flavor. Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

  • Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then coat each cube with sesame seeds.
