- 8 oz noodles (preferably egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thicker sauce)
Directions:
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using). Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, stir everything together, and serve hot.
Note:
For a lighter option, you can substitute the noodles with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
