  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lemon wedges and parsley for garnish
