Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Lemon wedges and parsley for garnish
Directions
- Cook the shrimp: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
