This Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus dish is the perfect blend of simplicity and flavor. Juicy shrimp and crisp asparagus are sautéed together in a garlicky butter sauce, creating a quick and nutritious meal. Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (optional), and lemon slices

Directions

  • Sauté the Asparagus: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Set aside.

  • Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, then add shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
