4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups pasta (penne or linguine)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Prepare the pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Make the Parmesan glaze: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
