Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • In two serving glasses, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
