This Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy treat that’s packed with flavor but without the guilt. Made with natural peanut butter, coconut oil, and a hint of sweetness, this no-bake fudge is a perfect snack or dessert that’s quick and easy to make. It’s dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or other sweetener)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, melted dark chocolate

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
