Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup snap peas

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

  • Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) for garnish
