These Homemade Taquitos are packed with bold flavors and a satisfying crunch! Filled with your choice of savory chicken, beef, or beans, and baked or fried to crispy perfection, they make an excellent snack, appetizer, or easy meal for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken or black beans

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1 tsp cumin and paprika

  • 12 small corn or flour tortillas

  • Cooking spray or oil (for frying/baking)
