These Irresistible White Chocolate Truffles are rich, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! With a smooth white chocolate ganache center and a light dusting of cocoa or powdered sugar, these truffles make an elegant treat for any occasion. Simple to make yet indulgent, they’re perfect for impressing guests or as a homemade gift.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped

     

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

     

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

     

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar or cocoa powder for dusting

     

  • Optional: finely chopped nuts or shredded coconut for coating

Directions

  • In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate and heavy cream together over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

     

  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Chill mixture in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
