8 oz white chocolate, chopped

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar or cocoa powder for dusting

Directions

In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate and heavy cream together over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Chill mixture in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
