Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork chops, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup crushed pork rinds (or almond flour for coating)
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
