1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, inside and out.
