Ingredients

  • 6 slices of whole grain or gluten-free bread

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup fruit jelly (preferably low sugar)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added texture and nutrition)

Directions

  • Spread a thin layer of almond butter on three slices of bread.
