Mini Spinach & Feta Chicken Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, feta, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the burgers: Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook the burgers: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Serve: Place the mini burgers on slider buns or lettuce wraps, and top with your favorite sauces or veggies.

Note

For an extra burst of flavor, add a dollop of tzatziki or hummus on top before serving!
