Ingredients

  • 4 slices multigrain bread

  • 100g paneer, sliced or crumbled

  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp green chutney or hummus

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for grilling

  • Salt and pepper to taste
