This One-Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken is the perfect recipe for busy weeknights. Juicy chicken breasts are coated with a crispy garlic-Parmesan crust, cooked alongside tender roasted vegetables, all in a single pan. Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and minced garlic. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side until golden.
