Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the chicken until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
