This Protein-Packed Greek Yogurt Parfait is a perfect quick and nutritious breakfast or snack. Loaded with protein, fresh fruit, and wholesome granola, it’s a delicious way to fuel your body while satisfying your sweet cravings. Plus, it’s super easy to customize with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)

Directions
