Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
- Lemon slices & fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat grill to medium-high.
- Prepare foil packs: Place salmon fillets in the center of foil sheets. Arrange asparagus beside them.
