Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
  • Lemon slices & fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Prepare foil packs: Place salmon fillets in the center of foil sheets. Arrange asparagus beside them.
  3. Season: Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Top with butter and lemon slices.
  4. Seal & Cook: Fold foil tightly around ingredients. Bake for 15-20 minutes or grill for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  5. Serve: Carefully open foil packs, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
